    The 50 States Cookbook is a hoot, believe me...how about Possum & Sweet Taters, Cucumber Ice Salad, Dawn's Hutspot, and the ever popular "Peas in a Rice Ring?" They're all included in ISBN 0890094756 - and it's on Amazon for about $13.
